Bring your designs to life with our shoe factory prototyping services for private labels. This step is crucial in developing a new shoe collection before making a production order.
Our development team will help transfer your design and requirements into prototype and real sample products ready to be manufactured in bulk orders.
Samples can be used to show retail buyers, exhibit them in trade shows or on your website & social media for pre-order.
The prototyping process comprises of material sourcing, shoe last development, heel and shoe making, development of custom moulds for metal or rubber components, 2D pattern making and creation of hardware elements and embellishments as required.

Address – 149 HEERA LAL KI PYAU, NH-2 ARTONI, Agra We have 11 thousand sq.ft area which consist of two production floor with a confrence room, research and development area, design studio.
SAMPLING : Sampling department has a capacity of making 200 pieces per month.
This department is linked with the designing team and is well–equipped with all kind of machinery.
Production and Quality Control :
Production department and quality check department are on the same floor for every respective process. At every stage the material is checked to achieve the finest results. This stringent quality policy emphasis on intermediary checks ensures little or no rework and accuracy at all times.
